Cadastral services
The cadastre is a public register that contains data on real estate and installations - spatial and descriptive information and data on real rights. All changes that are to be made in the field and concern parcels and their borders, buildings on parcels, installations and ownership must first be presented graphically within the appropriate study and recorded in the cadastre in order to be considered legal and final.
The most common type of cadastral services refers to the division and merging of cadastral parcels, creation of study of special parts of buildings - condominium, works within the cadastre of installations, renewal and mapping of cadastral parcel boundaries, deleting or documenting changes on buildings.
For the quality realization of all works related to the cadastre, it is necessary to perform terrain measurements by quality geodetic experts who have precise and modern equipment and have experience in the application of various methods of surveying and data collection.
